Replenish is a pioneering mobile app designed to connect community pharmacies with patients, facilitating the management of prescriptions and pharmacy services remotely, and enhancing care for family members.

Approach

My design ethos for "Replenish" centered on humanising pharmacists through their photos, enhancing transparency and accessibility, while focusing on seamlessly synchronising patient data with the user-friendly app to improve accessibility and retention. The onboarding process was crafted to be both comprehensive and intuitive.

Replenish stands out for its capability to manage and book prescription medications and services directly within the app, while also promoting additional pharmacy items like seasonal medications. This feature not only enhances user convenience but also opens avenues for pharmacies to upsell relevant products.

Target Audience

The app targets a dual audience. On the backend, it serves B2B users, primarily pharmacists, integrated into the main PMR system used in pharmacies. The consumer-facing side focuses on three distinct personas: caregivers, repeat medication users, and casual users who prioritize convenience and efficiency.

Challenges and Solutions

Challenges and Solutions

Challenges and Solutions

The major challenge was crafting a seamless onboarding experience that was both comprehensive and user-friendly. This process had to adequately address the technical complexities of synchronizing patient data between the PMR system and the mobile app, while also being straightforward and quick for users.
