I had the privilege of supporting the work of Fundación Dr. Payasonrisa, in Paraguay on Christmas Day 2022. The foundation's mission is to spread happiness among children, young people, and the elderly in public hospitals across Paraguay by providing gifts, being playful, and support those in need.
